- Responsibilities
- CRM戦略の立案と実行：RFM分析、デモグラフィックデータ、購買履歴などを活用し、顧客セグメントごとの最適なアプローチを設計します。
キャンペーン企画と効果検証：楽天スーパーセールやお買い物マラソン、ファッションザセールなどの大規模イベントにおけるCRM戦略を企画・実行し、KPI分析とレポーティングを通じて改善を重ねます。
MAツール／CRMツールを用いた継続的な施策改善：効果測定に基づき、シナリオ設計、連携データ定義、効果検証を通して施策の最適化を行います。
アプリを活用したフリークエンシー向上：アプリの利用促進策を企画・実行し、顧客のエンゲージメントを高めます。
その他顧客体験を向上させるための企画立案：既存顧客の成長と売上拡大に繋がる新たな企画を検討し、実行までを担当します。
