Regionで現在導入済みのLong Term Incentiveと新グローバルLong Team Incentiveのギャップアナリシスとアラインメントプランの設計支援
新グローバルLong Team Incentive導入にあたっての社内関係部門のプロジェクト運用
新グローバルLong Team Incentive導入にあたっての導入先Region、付与対象者へのchange management planの実行
関係部門、Regionとの導入までの企画会議、導入後の管理会議等の必要定例会議の運営
新グローバルLong Team Incentive導入後の安定運用に向けた管理オペレーションの実行
グループホールディングス報酬委員会への審議資料、報告資料の作成またはデータ提供
