Responsibilities

保険・金融業界のIT変革を推進するプロジェクト管理を担います。様々な領域を統括し、ビジネスとITの橋渡し役として各種プロジェクトの計画・推進・管理に取り組みます。業務改革・アプリケーション導入・リリース運用など、幅広い業務をリードします。
業務詳細：

• 複数部門を横断したプロジェクトのスケジュール策定、進捗・品質・コスト管理
• KPI設計、運用、アジャイル開発（スクラム）の推進、PIプランニングなどの計画立案・実行
• ビジネス要件に基づくエンドツーエンドのソリューションアーキテクチャ設計、グローバル基準との整合、最新技術（クラウド・AI等）の導入推進
• リリース計画や変更管理、グローバル部門やITサービスチームとの連携
• 業務プロセス設計やLPMプログラムとの協働
• 部下のパフォーマンス評価、モチベーション向上、育成・コーチング

Requirements

必須条件：

• 保険または金融業界でのITプロジェクト管理経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力

歓迎条件：

• PMP、PRINCE2等のプロジェクト管理資格
• クラウドやAI関連の知識・経験
