Responsibilities

• 品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）の構築・維持・改善（AS9100/ISO9001）
• 製品品質保証の統括（設計・製造・試験工程の品質管理）
• 不適合品・重大品質問題の原因分析および再発防止策の策定
• 顧客監査・第三者認証監査への対応と主導
• サプライヤ品質管理（監査、評価、改善指導）
• 品質指標（KPI）の設定・モニタリング・経営層へのレポート
• 顧客、宇宙機関との折衝・必要書類の作成
• ライン長としてのメンバー管理育成、評価、組織運営等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 航空業界または精密機器・防衛・自動車など高信頼性産業での品質保証経験（5年以上）
• FMEA、FTA、5Why、8Dなどの品質手法の実務経験（5年以上）
• 顧客監査・外部監査対応のリード経験（3年以上）
• サプライヤ品質管理の経験（3年以上）
• 管理職経験（目安：3年以上）
• 開発プロジェクトの品質保証責任者経験（目安：3年以上）

語学：

• 英語：中級
• TOEIC：600
