Responsibilities

• 自動車向け電子接続部品の品質管理として、仕入先および社内関係部門（設計・製造など）と連携しながら、品質の維持・向上を推進いただきます。
• 監査や改善活動、工程変更時の品質保証、不具合対応までを一貫して担い、品質課題の特定から是正・再発防止までを主導する役割です。
• サプライヤーを含む多様な関係者を巻き込み、品質水準の向上と安定化を実現します。

業務詳細：

• 品質改善と品質向上活動の実施（仕入先様、社内含む）
• 定期監査の実施（仕入先様、社内含む）
• 工程変更に伴う品質保証計画の立案／評価（初期工程検査と工程能力の把握など）の実施（仕入先様、社内含む）
• 工程管理および品質管理技術等に関する教育指導の実施（仕入先様、社内含む）
• 不具合発生時の対応（原因調査、是正指導、刈取り、報告）
• コネクタやData Connectivity製品、Sensor等、戦略製品のAdditionalおよびReplace Projectの対応
• 製品評価計画の策定、評価業務の対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車業界の品質部門での経験。（設計や生産技術、製造技術経験も歓迎）
• 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方。

歓迎条件：

• 自動車業界のサプライヤー APQP プロセスにおける経験。
• VDA 6.3、IATF16949、5コアツール、QC7つ道具、その他の自動車規格に関する知識。
• 自動車業界のお客様との折衝など経験がある方歓迎致します。（お客様要求事項の理解度が高い方歓迎）
• 英語力（メール対応）

語学：

• 英語：中級
• TOEIC：600
