Responsibilities

• 物流コストの削減と業務効率の向上、正社員・パートタイマー・派遣社員といった異なる雇用形態のメンバー(400名程度)へのサポートや労務管理を行っていただきます。組織運営では、人件費と労働力のバランスを考慮し、各チーム間の業務を優先順位付けして、全体的な業務生産性、数値目標および定性目標の達成を図り、リソースを最適に配分していくことが期待されます。
  • 複数の物流チームの管理・効率的なワークフローの確立
  • チームリソースの配分
  • 中長期的な施策の計画
  • 他部門や外部ステークホルダーとの連携、顧客の物流ニーズへの対応
  • 国際市場およびGlobalサイトとの協力
  • 物流情報の収集とプロジェクト実施

Requirements

■必須条件：以下いずれも必須

• 物流倉庫でのオペレーション監督経験(目安3年以上)
• チームマネジメント（人事・労務管理）
• コスト管理のご経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 普通自動車免許
