Responsibilities

■具体的な業務内容

• 全フェーズにおける部品・アイテムの調達（購買）および取引実行
• VE（Value Engineering）やリソーシングの推進
• 日常業務およびエスカレーション／クレーム対応の管理
• コスト・品質・納期の最適化に向けた取り組み
  • -部品コストの管理・削減（価格分析・交渉）
  • サプライヤー選定、関係構築、供給体制の確立
• 新製品プロジェクトにおける調達業務のリード
  • 進捗管理・課題解決
  • 設計・品質・生産など関係部門との連携
• 品質プロセス（PPAP／APQP）の推進・管理
• 調達委員会の運営および意思決定支援
• KPIや各種指標に基づくパフォーマンス管理

Requirements

■必須

• 自動車業界で5年以上のバイヤー経験
• 自動車免許
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
