We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and sale of turbochargers and related components for automobiles, construction machinery, commercial vehicles, and marine applications. Additionally, we provide high-efficiency electric turbochargers for engines and compressors for fuel cell vehicles. Based in Saitama, Japan, we oversee all aspects from development through mass production to quality assurance. Our technology solutions have evolved to meet the needs of gasoline and diesel vehicles, setting new standards for hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell powertrains. Responsibilities

■調達・購買担当として下記業務をお任せします。

• すべてのフェーズにおけるアイテムの調達（購買）
• VE（Value Engineering）／リソーシングと取引実行
• 日常業務／エスカレーションアイテムの管理
• クレームアイテムの管理

■詳細：

• 部品コストの管理および削減活動の推進（価格分析・交渉含む）
• サプライヤーの選定および関係構築、供給体制の確立
• 新製品プロジェクトにおける調達活動のリード（進捗管理・課題解決）
• 社内関係部門（設計・品質・生産等）と連携したプロジェクト推進
• PPAP・APQPなど品質プロセスの推進・管理
• 調達委員会の運営および意思決定のサポート
• KPIおよび各種指標に基づくパフォーマンス管理

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 自動車業界で5年以上のバイヤー経験を有する方
• 自動車免許をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力をお持ちの方
