Responsibilities

• 医療・予防領域における新たな価値創出を持続的に進めるため、海外投資先企業およびJoint Ventureのガバナンスを強化し、経営層の迅速かつ的確な意思決定を支えるポジションです。
• 事業執行ではなく、投資・経営管理・リスクマネジメントの観点から、グローバルな事業運営の土台を整える役割です。
• 海外投資先・日本JVに関するJV Agreement・株主間契約の論点整理
• 取締役会・Management Committee・Board会議・株主総会・経営会議の運営支援
• 経営層向け説明資料の作成および事前論点の整理
• 投資案件に関する社内報告資料の作成、出資比率・議決権・リスクの分析
• 日本JVにおける予算・実績・事業進捗のモニタリング
• 法務・財務・FP&A等の関連部門と連携したリスク管理・コンプライアンス対応・合意形成

Requirements

• 事業会社における子会社／関連会社の経営管理、投資、事業管理のいずれかの経験
• 担当する制度・施策・システムにおける変革を実行し、適切な事業運営や企業価値向上に貢献した経験
• 担当領域（製品・サービス・システム・ソリューション）および担当顧客に関する高度な知識・理解に基づく成果創出・課題解決の責任を負った経験
• 財務諸表（PL/BS）の基本的な理解
• 経営層向け資料作成スキル（PowerPoint、Excel）
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整経験
• 経営企画、経営戦略、コーポレートガバナンス、経理（予算管理）、コミュニケーション・渉外（ステークホルダーリレーション）、営業（ビジネスデザイン）に関する業務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
