Responsibilities

• 日本拠点とドイツ本社および海外パートナー間の主要窓口として、戦略的かつ円滑なコミュニケーションを推進
• 関係各所（日本・海外双方）を巻き込んだ会議、役員訪問、共同プロジェクトの企画・コーディネーションを主導
• クロスボーダープロジェクトの推進支援（ロードマップ策定、予算・ファンディング調整を含む）
• 契約フレームワークおよび知的財産（IP）に関するコンプライアンス遵守のモニタリングと、必要に応じた改善・導入の推進
• 組織間のコラボレーションおよび契約関係の可視化・トラッキングを通じた透明性の確保
• 各部門と連携し、オペレーションの継続性を担保するためのサポート業務を推進
• 各種ドキュメントおよび会議における通訳・翻訳業務（日⇔英、ドイツ語尚可）
• 関連法規および社内ポリシーに基づくコンプライアンス対応の徹底
• 経営層向けステアリング／レポーティング会議の運営（資料作成、ステークホルダー調整、議事録作成等）を主導

Requirements

必須要件：

• リエゾン、コーディネーション、またはアドミニストレーション領域における実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（ドイツ語は歓迎）

歓迎要件：

• 自動車業界での実務経験（OEM、サプライヤー、関連サービス分野）
• 異文化環境における業務経験およびインターナショナルチームでの協業経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識・ツール活用経験
