Responsibilities

①市場・リサーチ分析（30%）

• 業界トレンド、マクロ経済、政治・規制動向、顧客ニーズ、競合情報を体系的に分析し、市場および競争環境に関するインサイトを経営層および各部門へ提供

②市場予測および戦略立案支援（30%）

• 市場需要データの管理・分析を行い、洞察に基づく見直し提案を実施。地域間データの整合性を確保し、戦略策定に資するインテリジェンスを提供

③情報リソース管理（20%）

• データベースや情報共有基盤の運用・更新を行い、業界・競合・顧客に関する最新情報を維持。イベント参加や外部情報ソースを活用し、情報の精度向上を推進

④ステークホルダーマネジメント（10%）

• 社内外の関係者およびグローバルチームとの連携を強化し、情報アクセスの最適化と分析活動の高度化を推進

⑤プロジェクトマネジメント（10%）

• 戦略・製品・営業部門と連携し、クロスファンクショナルプロジェクトを推進。関係者を巻き込みながら、成果創出まで責任を持ってリード

Requirements

必須要件：

• 市場調査または戦略領域での実務経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル以上必須、日本語ビジネスレベル以上尚可
