Company overview

We were the first in the world to successfully develop commercial adhesive labels, establishing our position as a global leader in adhesive materials and label products. We have also been selected for Fortune magazine's "FORTUNE 500," solidifying our achievements. With the establishment of our Japanese subsidiary, we set up a logistics center in Chiba Prefecture and fully entered the Japanese market. Anticipating growth in the Asian market, we established a research and development center in China and made significant investments, such as acquiring a label manufacturer in Taiwan. Our product lineup includes adhesive materials for fashion brands, products for the retail and apparel industries, office supplies, graphic imaging media, specialty tapes, and labels for automotive and industrial applications. We hold many innovative technologies, such as the world's first adhesive label and recyclable beverage labels.

Responsibilities

各部門への技術サポート、顧客への説明、会議の運営、各種プロジェクトの進捗管理、全社的な品質・技術ルールの改善等を通じて、技術・品質に関する課題解決をリードしていただくことを期待しています。
具体的な業務：

• 投資対効果（ROI）を最大限に高めるための開発やプロジェクトの立案・実行、進捗管理
• 一貫した品質を維持するための技術プログラムを構築・推進する
• 他社事例や業界標準（ベンチマーク）の調査をリード、品質向上に繋げる
• コンバーターや最終消費者のニーズを把握し、製品品質や業界のベストプラクティス、用途提案、コンサルティングに関する情報を発信する
• 製品テストの実施、その結果をまとめたレポートの作成
• サプライヤーおよび倉庫における製品の品質状態と在庫状況のモニタリング
• REACHやRoHSなど、各国の環境規制に対する製品のコンプライアンスを管理・保証する
• 各種認証の登録手続きや技術的な問い合わせ対応において、営業チームと密に連携する

Requirements

必須条件：

• 3年以上を目安とした技術的なバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
  • 具体的には、化学関連の学位所持や技術営業の経験、化学・工学関連の職務経験が該当します。

歓迎条件：

• 化学または工学関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方
• プロジェクトリードの経験
• リーン生産方式（Lean manufacturing）、シックスシグマ（Six Sigma）、ISO等に関する知識と業務経験をお持ちの方
• 環境コンプライアンス調査や文書化（REACH、RoHS等）の経験
