It is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead delivery, team health, and technical quality while driving partner-focused product development.

■Responsibilities
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a global development organization to scale our Partner/Cloud Partner products and their impact.
You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Business leaders to deliver roadmaps that enhance advisory experiences and reduce toil for professionals.
Core responsibilities include:- Organization Management: Recruit, evaluate, develop, and retain engineers; establish practices to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and execute continuous and disruptive growth for systems and organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Allocate resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and make decisions to realize the product roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Define technical roadmaps along with the tech team and company direction, select future-proof architectures, and promote/mentor technical initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Resolve organizational and product challenges in collaboration with Product Managers and other division heads.
- Division-Level Impact: Propose and drive broader Division-level growth strategies beyond your immediate team.

- 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Strong experience in modern web application design, development, and operations
- Sufficient technical depth to lead design discussions and evaluate engineering quality
- Experience collaborating with multinational development teams in English
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers, designers, and business teams
- Experience using generative AI / coding assistance tools to enhance development efficiency while ensuring quality, safety, and maintainability
- Japanese Language:
- High Conversational (Capable of handling internal meetings with stakeholders)
- English Language:
