Responsibilities

• 購買業務に関連する社内方針・手順、およびFDA／ISO／SOX規制を遵守する
• 迅速ポイントオブケア診断の方針・慣行に沿った専門的かつ誠実な行動により、社内外の顧客と良好な関係を維持する
• 事業要件およびサプライヤーの調査・評価を行い、サプライヤーの選定および特定を支援する
• 拠点チームと協働し、標準価格の設定および月次のPPV（購買価格差異）レポートの作成・締結を行う
• RFP、RFI等の競争入札プロセスの企画・実行
• 社内で承認された計画および目標に基づき、サプライヤーの経営層との対面による事実ベースの交渉を主導する
• コスト分析およびサプライヤー見積の価値分析を実施（コストラボを活用）
• 契約書、業務記述書、標準業務手順書（SOP）の作成および完了を支援
• 法務、リスクマネジメント、サプライチェーン等の社内関係者と連携し、すべての調達方針・手順の整合性を確保する

Requirements

必須条件：

• 調達、購買の経験をお持ちの方（2年以上）
