- Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the shipment of final products in compliance with customer requirements and Incoterms. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely delivery, and effective communication with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, the position focuses on maintaining precise shipment data, streamlining processes, and supporting continuous improvement in logistics workflows. Main responsibilities:
- Logistics & Import/Export Operations
- Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork).
- Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with tariffs, safety standards, and import regulations.
- Coordinate with overseas factories, freight forwarders, and warehouse providers.
- Investigate transportation issues (e.g., cargo damage) and implement corrective actions.
- Manage delivery schedules, inventory checks, and transportation timelines.
- Coordinate and manage food safety inspections for imported products, ensuring compliance with local regulations and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP for shipments, inventory, and invoicing
- Monitor transportation costs and provide regular reports.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and incoterms.
- Summarize and organize the workflow, collaborate with commercial team and clients to seek continuous process simplification.
- Coordinate and monitor shipment processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods for major customers.
- Communicate with suppliers, forwarders, internal concern parties to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
- Maintain accurate shipment data in system, establish relevant inspection and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Collect and prepare accurate shipping documents as per Customer Shipping Guideline.

- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in import/export and logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, including Incoterms, HS codes, customs duties, etc.
- Proficiency in English:
- Reading/Writing: Capable of managing email correspondence.
- Speaking/Listening: Able to communicate effectively.
- Background in Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Basic IT skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with AS400 systems.
- Background in the import/export of toys or consumer goods.
- Experience handling intercompany transfers.
- Experience in managing Quality Assurance issues.
