Responsibilities

＜PJならびに技術チームのリード＞

• モノクローナル抗体をはじめとしたバイオ医薬品について、技術チームのメンバーへ適切な指示を行い、初期/後期PJのプロセス開発や社内外製造サイトへの技術移転を推進する。
• PJリーダーとして、IND/BLA申請に向けた適切な管理戦略の策定や良好な品質管理に基づく商業生産の維持管理に関する活動を主導する。
• 社内外の協働体制を構築し、技術チームメンバーへ適切な指示を行うとともに、バイオ精製に関する革新的な新技術の開発へ積極的に取り組む。
• 研究所あるいは研究室の代表者として、異なるタイムゾーンに所在するCDMOや社内協働メンバーとの早朝/深夜の会議に参加する。

Requirements

必須条件：

• モノクローナル抗体をはじめとしたバイオ医薬品の精製プロセス開発および社内外の製造拠点への技術移転の経験
• モノクローナル抗体をはじめとしたバイオ医薬品の分析法に関する知識
• 修士号ならびに製薬・バイオテクノロジー分野における8年以上の経験
• 英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• 部門横断的なコラボレーション能力
• 優れた問題解決能力と積極的かつ実践的なマインドセット
