Responsibilities

• 電動工具・園芸製品などの OEM／ODM 調達業務全般 を担当します。
• 企画段階から量産後のフォローまで一貫して携わる、製品導入のコーディネーターとしての役割です。
• 主な業務は、取引先との仕様調整、開発・品質・生産レベルの確認、社内関係部門との調整、量産後の品質・生産対応など。
• 取引先との交渉や現地確認を行うため、海外とのやり取りも発生します。
• 半年後には導入業務の流れを理解し、1年後にはひとりで導入業務の大半を進められる状態、3年後にはリーダークラスへの成長を期待しています。

Requirements

• 調達業務の経験3年以上
• 社内外との調整力・交渉力

• 図面の読解、技術知識（電動工具・園芸工具・家電・照明など）
• OEM／ODM 製品導入経験
• 貿易知識・海外調達の実務経験
