For healthcare institutions, we offer a cloud system that manages and shares the large volumes of paper documents related to clinical research and trials, supporting operational efficiency. For pharmaceutical companies, we provide high-security cloud services that ensure reliable document management meeting regulatory requirements. Additionally, we offer specialized services for clinical trial document management, IRB document digitization, and SOP management and training records, addressing various needs of healthcare institutions and pharmaceutical companies. These services enhance reliability, reduce labor, and improve efficiency in operations.

Responsibilities

プロダクトと事業の成長に伴い、開発・QA・ビジネス部門間の連携強化およびチケット管理・リリース管理の高度化および効率化のため、新ポジションでの募集となります。
具体的には：

• 経営、事業企画、営業、カスタマーサクセス部門からの開発要望チケットの優先順位付け・管理
• 要望チケットの品質担保、品質向上のためのプロセス提案と構築
• 要望チケットの妥当性検証、グルーピング、分析と分析に基づく改善提案と実行
• ステークホルダー（事業企画・営業・カスタマーサクセス・顧客・開発）との調整
• 海外プロダクトマネージャーと連携しながらの、リリース計画の把握・管理と変更時の協議

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロダクト開発またはプロダクトマネジメント経験（目安2年以上）
• チケット管理ツール（Jira等）の利用経験
• ソフトウェア開発プロセス（Agile／Scrum／Kanban）の理解

歓迎条件：

• SaaSプロダクトのPM経験
• 医療／製薬／GxP領域の知識
• QA／バリデーションプロセスの理解
• データ分析・プロダクトグロース経験

語学 ：

• 英語：上級
