同社では、ビジネス変革を実現するためのAI戦略を策定し、全社的なAI Transformation（AIX）を推進しています。
データサイエンスグループは、AIの専門チームとして、各事業部門に導入するAIソリューションについて、ビジネス検討からAI要件定義・開発、導入プロジェクト推進までを一貫して担当しています。

■具体的な業務内容

• ML Engineerとして、高度な専門性を発揮し、クラウドネイティブなMLパイプラインの設計・構築・運用
• 生成AI（LLM）を活用したアプリケーションおよびAIソリューションの開発
• MLOpsの観点からのモデル開発・デプロイ・監視・改善の推進
• ビジネス部門やデータサイエンティストと連携したAIプロジェクトの実装・高度化

Requirements

• ML Engineerとしての3年以上の実務経験
• MLOpsに関する知識・実務経験（CI/CDパイプライン構築、モデル監視・運用など）
• Docker、Kubernetes等のコンテナ技術に関する知識および運用経験
• GCP（Vertex AI、Cloud Run、BigQuery等）を用いたMLシステムの開発・運用経験
• 生成AI（GPT、Gemini、Claude等）を用いたアプリケーション開発経験
