Responsibilities

グループの内部統制活動を推進し、業務プロセスの改善・仕組みづくり・運用定着まで一貫して担う役割です。

• グループ各社の業務プロセスにおけるリスク・課題の把握と、原因分析・改善策の立案
• 改善施策の実行支援および運用定着に向けたフォローアップ
• 内部統制に関する文書化、評価、運用状況の確認
• 関係部門や国内・海外のグループ会社との連携・調整

Requirements

必須条件：

• 業務改善のご経験（主メンバーとして現場に入り込んで課題の真因追及から改善まで行ったご経験）  
• 品質保証（QA）プロセス構築のご経験

歓迎条件：

• 協調性と責任感（会社を良くしたいという気持ち）がある方
• 内部統制、内部監査、コンプライアンス、不正調査等のいずれかの業務経験。(コンサルティング会社で上記領域の業務経験・知見をお持ちの方も可)
