Responsibilities

• 製品単位の営業予測を整理し、システム登録、予実差異の分析、改善機会の抽出とアクション実行までを一連で担うポジションです。
• 営業・需要関連部門との連携を通じ、事業計画の精度を支える役割を果たします。自動車分野では電動化や自動運転の進展により、同社コネクタへのニーズが高まっており、安定した需要環境の中で予測精度の向上が重要性を増しています。

業務詳細：

• 製品レベルの営業予測をとりまとめ、必要データを整理しシステムへ登録
• 予測値と実績値の差異を分析し、ギャップ要因を特定
• 改善に向けたアクションを設計し、関係部門と連携して実行
• 需要関連データの管理、照会対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• データ分析の経験がある方
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔Excel、Word、Power Point〕必須）

歓迎条件：

• 数字に強く、分析力がある方
• データ管理ツールの使用経験
