Responsibilities

【溶射業界でシェアトップブランド／大手企業お取引多数／業績安定・世界規模の溶射総合メーカー】
■業務内容：同社事業本部のコントローラーとしての役割を主とし、一定範囲で経理業務も担当していただきます。

• 月次の経営報告書の作成と管理職へのプレゼンテーション
• 年次予算の作成、売上・利益予測、見積もりの更新、潜在的な問題の早期発見
• 事業成長、顧客・サプライヤー分析、改善の追跡と意思決定に対する財務的サポート
• その他のビジネスサポートおよび資料作成

以下の経理業務のうち、ご経験に応じて一定の範囲で担当していただきます

• IFRSに基づく経理業務全般（月次、四半期、年次決算）
• 連結決算Reportingパッケージによるスイス本社報告
• スイス本社による内部監査対応
• 内部統制システムの運用、統制指導
• ERPシステム、Reportingシステム等の改善、不具合対応（スイス/インドのSAPチーム連携）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 財務の実務経験（目安：5年以上）
• リーダーシップ及びマネジメント(職務遂行)能力
• IFRS、日本基準に関する知識
• 英語での実務経験
