Responsibilities

ばら積み貨物船や多目的貨物船に乗船する乗組員（主にフィリピン人、ベトナム人、ミャンマー人）の配乗や労務管理に関する、下記業務を行っていただきます。入社後のはじめの仕事は、これまでのご経験や適性を鑑みて設定します。その後、徐々に業務領域を広げていっていただきます。【想定業務内容】

• 船員の乗下船手配
• 船員管理
• 組合手続き
• 船用金の送金
• 船員への教育

※夜間や土日祝の緊急対応の可能性もありますが、基本的には別部署で対応しているため、このポジションで対応が求められる場合は相当な緊急時となります。

Requirements

必須要件:

• 英語力（ビジネスレベルの英語力、またはTOEIC600点以上）
• 海運業界経験者

歓迎要件:

• 海技免状取得者（航海士）、外航船の乗船経験者、船員の配乗や労務管理、教育の経験者
