Responsibilities

■業務内容：CRMマーケターとして、以下業務をお任せいたします。
■業務詳細：

• ユーザー毎のチャネルコミュニケーションの設計、実装
• メンバーシップ企画立案
• 各種データを活用した需要予測、効果測定に基づく予算配分・管理の最適化
• 営業・制作・その他販路担当者との調整・推進

■業務の特徴：

• プロジェクトによっては同社グループ各事業との共同企画を実施するなど、幅広い企画業務を担当していただきます。また、プロジェクトのオーナーとして幅広い業務をお任せするほか、複数のプロジェクトを統括するため、ご自身のアイデアを実現しやすい環境です。

• カスタマーエンゲージメントマーケティンググループ：5名
• マーケティング部：約70名
• 様々な文化的背景を持ち、20代から40代まで幅広い年齢層のメンバーで構成されています。主なコミュニケーション言語は日本語＋英語です。

Requirements

●必要業務経験 ■必須条件：

• 2年以上のマーケティング実務経験
• データ分析や戦略立案などの実務経験（SQL等でのデータ抽出経験を含む）

■歓迎条件：

• CRM領域での実務経験
• Pythonなどでのプログラミング経験
• ビジネスでの英語使用経験
