Responsibilities

• 同社の事業・開発における要件と課題を理解し、要件定義、仕様策定、そしてサービス・製品の構築・改善のためのHTML／CSS／JavaScriptの実装・開発をリードしていただきます。また、UX・UIの改善設計も担当していただきます。将来的にはプロダクトマネージャーを目指すことも可能です。
• 開発仕様の定義とフロントエンドUIの実装
• QAおよび実装テストの実施
• 拡張性を考慮した再利用可能なコンポーネントの設計とスタイルガイドの作成
• 購買体験の向上とサービス運用効率向上のためのインタラクションの提案と実装
• チーム内での実装と共有スキルを持つコーダーのサポート

Requirements

• サービスの課題やユーザーニーズを把握し、企画からリリースまで主導
• フロントエンド開発（HTML、CSS、JavaScript）実務経験5年以上
• React、Vue.js、TypeScript、Next.js等のライブラリ／フレームワーク実装経験
• Pug、Sass等のメタ言語開発
• Vite、webpack等のビルドツール開発
• Gitでのバージョン管理
• APIを用いた動的処理実装
• プロダクトマネージャー／ディレクターとデザイナーとのチーム開発経験
