Responsibilities

• 本部経営戦略（事業・人事・CN等）の策定
• 本部サステナブル経営（CN、生物多様性、水資源など環境対応など）強化に向けた制度設計、推進体制の構築
• CN関連のモニタリング、データ収集/分析など
• 国内外本部員・スタッフの人財育成や異動・配置・企画・実行

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC（R）テスト730点以上）

歓迎要件：

• 企画立案・実行経験がある方（分野問わず）
• 企業サステナビリティ推進関連の業務に携わったご経験がある方
• カーボンニュートラル（CN）推進や気候関連財務情報開示（TCFD）に携わったご経験がある方
• グローバル人事や人事戦略に携わったご経験がある方
• ジェネラリストとしてのキャリア構築希望者
