Responsibilities

• ガバナンス・コンプライアンス体制の実行・マネジメント

-法令、楽天グループ規程遵守のためのガバナンス・コンプライアンス活動の推進

• 個社固有の活動実行支援

-個社職務権限表の浸透活動や調達プロセスにおけるチェック機能

• 情報セキュリティマネジメント

-ISMSに基づいた情報資産管理および管理体制の構築

• リスクマネジメント

-各種リスクを特定し、対策の検討・実行

Requirements

• コーポレート・バックオフィス部門での5年以上の経験 もしくは 企業での実務経験10年以上※内部統制領域のご経験は不問です
• ビジネスプロセスの理解力
• 部署横断でのコミュニケーションスキル
• 国内の法令や規格を理解し、内容を把握・応用できる日本語力

歓迎条件:

• ガバナンス・リスク・コンプライアンス領域での2年以上の経験
• 内部監査、ISMS対応、調達管理など特定領域における経験
• インターネットサービスもしくはインターネット広告に関連する業務経験
