We are a game manufacturer engaged in the development and sales of consumer game software and smartphone applications. Responsibilities

グループの経営企画、特に企業・事業計画や中期経営計画の策定から予実の編成などを主に担っている部署での採用です。（M&AにはPMIから関わります。ソーシングやトランザクション業務などの戦略投資部の業務は除く部署です。）【具体的には】

• 財務モデル、リスク評価モデルの構築と報告
• 企業・事業戦略、中期経営計画、年度予算の策定および管理
• 予算実績分析と経営層へのレポート
• 経営指標、KPIの管理と課題抽出
• 戦略や計画策定のための事業・業界分析とその報告
• 重要プロジェクトの推進やPM
• ビジネスコントローラーとして上記業務を海外子会社管理業務も含めて実施

Requirements

■必須条件

• 経営企画業務、FP&A業務、コンサルティングファームで財務モデル作成業務経験（3年以上）
• エクセル上級者

■歓迎条件：

• 英語力（ビジネスレベル）
