Responsibilities

• 端末（PC、モバイルデバイス等）の運用・管理・障害対応
• ネットワーク（LAN、WAN、Wi-Fi 等）の監視、障害対応、基本設定変更
• サーバーの基本的な監視および一次対応（例：リブート、ログ確認）
• ユーザーサポート（ヘルプデスク業務含む）、問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング
• 問題の切り分けと二次対応チームまたはベンダーへのエスカレーション
• IT 資産管理（端末やネットワーク機器の在庫管理、設定管理）
• 運用手順書の作成・更新
• セキュリティポリシー遵守、基本的なセキュリティ設定の適用

Requirements

■必須条件：

• インフラサービスの移行と運用・ネットワークのご経験者（目安：3~5 年以上）
• ローカル LAN の構築経験
• 英語に対してアレルギーがない方（会話はできなくても、翻訳ツールを使って英語の読み書きなど、積極的にコミュニケーションを取っていただける方）

■歓迎条件：

• Cisco Certified Network Associateの資格がある方
