- Responsibilities

- プロジェクトの立ち上げから効果実現に至るまで、ビジネスベネフィットのためにプログラムを推進する。
- 課題の追跡、管理、リスクの事前阻止、およびプロジェクトの成功を確実にするためにコントロールポイントとして行動する。
- プロジェクトの課題と開発に関するタイムリーな洞察と報告により、トランスフォーメーションサービスリードを支援する。
- 構造化された計画、RAIDログ、ガバナンス、運営委員会によりプログラムを徹底管理する。
- Requirements

必須条件：
- ネイティブレベルの日本力・ビジネスレベルの英語力
- プロジェクト関連の証書があれば尚可 (PMP、スクラムなど)
- 3年程度のプロジェクト管理経験 (コンサルティング経験があれば尚可)
- ビジネスの問題解決と変革をもたらすための強い分析力とファシリテーションスキル
- 社内外との強いコミュニケーション能力、影響力のあるプレゼンテーションスキル
