Responsibilities

• 国内外のグループ会社のサステナビリティの推進のため、非財務開示体制やプロセス整備を含む制度開示対応
• 効率化のためのITインフラ整備
• GHG可視化と削減計画・実行
• CSRDレポート、ESGデータブック、TCFDレポート、有価証券報告書などの情報開示活動を支援し、第三者評価スコアを向上
• 非財務データ収集と開示、監査の支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• サステナビリティやESG関連分野を担当する部門における実務経験（目安：3年以上）
• 非財務報告の仕組みを策定、整備、IT等による効率化を推進した経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト950点以上、留学や駐在経験があると好ましい）
• サステナビリティ分野での国際的な規制動向に関する知見のある方
• サステナビリティ関連レポート作成やESG評価機関対応経験
• 開示業務に必要なビジネス文章力、パワーポイントスキル
