Responsibilities

同社が取り扱うユニークな化学品（ジオール・ポリオール製品）の国内/海外出荷業務および営業事務をご担当いただきます。■国内/海外販売における出荷関連業務

• 受注、納期調整、出荷手配、システム入力、納入確認、製品在庫管理補助

■製造委託事務

• 原料手配、製品購入・入庫、在庫バランス突合せ

■海外販売における輸出関係書類作成指示および販売担当者の補助業務■販売部内および事業部内の庶務、営業サポート業務（サンプル送付手配、ファイリング、郵便物配布、一般庶務　等）※今回は、担当業務・領域における専門性な知識・技能に基づき業務を着実に遂行し、業務を支えることを求めるコースでの求人です。そのため、原則、異動・転勤はありません。

Requirements

◆応募要件

• 大卒以上
• 素材メーカーもしくは素材系商社での出荷業務・営業事務経験
• 英語能力初級以上（一般的な読み書きができれば問題ありません）

◆歓迎要件

• 貿易実務に関する資格
• SAP(ERPシステム）利用経験
