Responsibilities

セラミック部材のインサイドセールス（営業アシスタント業務）をご担当いただきます。（国内/海外）◇受注、納期対応、製品出荷、入金までのフォロー①オーダーインプット（入力処理、リスト規制品については管理票の起票）②海外：輸出書類作成（入力処理　Invoice・P/L等通関書類の作成、輸出依頼とBOOKING、貨物保険の付保）③売上管理（売上処理）④入金管理（入金処理）⑤各種データ集計・管理（未納表作成と送付）⑥その他（各種書類のファイリング、電子ファイリング、書類郵送）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 英語を使ってのコミュニケーション能力(メール/会話, 目安：TOEIC(R)600)
• 輸出書類作成、貿易実務経験
• MS：Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPointTが適度に使えること

■歓迎条件：

• メーカー、船積業者での勤務経験
• 外資系企業での勤務経験
• 社内折衝経験（社内の様々な部門並びに現地営業含め、様々な人との関わりがある業務のため)
