In Europe, there are stringent environmental demands, necessitating efficient and low-cost manufacturing technologies. Meanwhile, in Japan, there are highly challenging technical demands for precision and product finish, as exemplified by the automotive industry. By customizing Europe’s advanced silicone technology with Japan's meticulous technical expertise, we can further expand the range of applications for silicone. We continue to grow daily through the "chemical reactions" created by building trust across different divisions, such as sales and manufacturing, and manufacturing and technology.

Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• 営業担当がお客様からお預かりしたニーズに対して製品開発を行います。お客様とのコミュニケーションを取りながら進めるため、自分の作った製品が市場へ出て行くことを自分の目で見届けることが出来るポジションです。顧客要求に応じてガイド処方例の開発と評価を行い、営業のプロモーション活動を技術的な観点からフォローする立ち位置の業務です。

〈具体的な業務〉

• 自社シリコーン原料を配合したメーキャップやスキンケア処方例の開発、評価
• 開発した処方例やその評価結果をもとに、顧客への自社シリコーン製品紹介

※将来的に化粧品原料用シリコーンの開発に携わることも可能です。
〈対象商品〉化粧品用のシリコーン原料（主にメーキャップと呼ばれるカラーコスメ）
〈取引先〉化粧品メーカー等

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 化粧品業界における開発のご経験をお持ちの方
