Responsibilities

• 海外を含むグループ全体の調達・購買に関する横串横断戦略策定と推進、開発調達体制構築に携わって頂きます。
• 調達品目・サプライヤ・市場に関する調査／分析
• 調達品目別のあるべき姿を描いた上での、グローバル調達戦略の立案及び事業部門（製造・設計開発・調達）と連携したコスト改善活動の推進
• 共通サプライヤ・調達品目での横串活動（拠点／部門をまたいだ施策展開）
• 新製品開発上流でコストダウン活動
• 製品開発への材料・工法などの提案
• 製造部門のコスト・歩留改善への提案
• 調達部門での技術知見・視点の強化
• 新規サプライヤの探索・開拓

Requirements

• 直接材に関する開発調達の経験
• データ分析・資料作成スキル
• 物事に積極的であること
• チームプレイができること
• 改革に前向きであり、現状否定から論理をスタートするような想い・考えを持っている方
• リーダ経験を有する方
