Responsibilities

企画担当者だけでなく、関連する各事業部門や支援企業と連携し、各プロジェクトの方向性やニーズ、課題を理解し、解決に導いていただきます。

• 開発プロジェクトの全工程（要件定義、開発、テスト、リリース）の管理
• プロジェクト管理手法を有効に適用して、QCDを守るための課題と対策を管理
• 複数の出身国や文化的背景が異なる開発者との良好な関係性構築と維持

Requirements

必須条件：

• 5年以上の開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 複数のプロジェクト管理手法の経験（アジャイル、ウォーターフォールなど）
• 複数プロジェクトを並行して管理した経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力

歓迎条件：

• 要件定義、外部設計および技術ドキュメント作成経験
• 品質管理計画および実施経験
• 法人向けマーケティングの知識
• ジュニアメンバーの指導経験、チームリード経験
