Responsibilities

• 新しいアイデアや取り組みを提案し、実践します。
• 担当チェーンの現状把握・分析を行い、効果的なアカウントプランニングを実行します。カスタマーマーケティングと協業するチェーンもあります。
• MDチームと協力し、店舗レベルでのプランの実施をリードします。
• 担当企業の活動の進捗管理、問題や機会の発見を行い、マネージャーや関係部署にタイムリーに共有し、適切な対策を講じます。
• 担当企業のアカウントプランニングと進捗確認を通じてプランニングスキルを向上させます。共有目標の達成に向けたWin-Winの提案をリードします。年契や全国進捗の報告、アクションの確認、情報シェアなどを担当し、提案書を作成します。
• 関連部署と協力し、ビジネスに貢献します。
• 担当業務だけでなく、セールス組織全体にも影響力を発揮し、協業を実行します。
• エリアのMGRをサポートし、チームエンゲージメントをリードします。ジュニアメンバーへのサポートも行います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 普通自動車免許 第一種
• FMCG領域でのアカウントセールス経験
