Responsibilities

• システム開発部のマネージャーおよびメンバーのピープルマネジメント
• ステークホルダーマネジメント（具体的には経営陣、関連部署、協力会社など）
• 開発プロジェクトのサポート、上層部へのレポーティング

Requirements

必須条件：

• システム開発に関わる組織のマネジメント経験があること（規模不問）

歓迎条件：

• 変化の激しい環境で柔軟な対応を行った経験があること
