Responsibilities

海外子会社総務法務業務をお任せします。海外の取引先や子会社、店舗を対象とした業務となります。

• 各社と本社との連携
• 子会社の営業支援
• 契約書のレビュー
• 顧問弁護士との調整、やり取り

Requirements

必須条件：

• 上場、上場子会社での総務、法務業務経験

歓迎条件：

• 海外事業、海外子会社の立ち上げに携わったことのある方
