Responsibilities

AI導入担当者としてチーム内のAI化に伴う実務を担っていただきます。

• コールセンターオペレーターの応対品質アセスメントの自動化に伴う実務全般
• その他の分野におけるAI化に伴う実務全般
• 新たなシステムや仕組みの導入推進、情報収集や構築サポート

Requirements

必要業務経験：

• 生命保険を始めとする金融機関従事経験
• AI導入に関する業務経験
• PCスキル：Word、Excel（中級～上級。VBA、マクロ、VLOOKUPやPivotなど）
• 英語スキル（目安：TOEIC600点以上）、メールで使用
