Responsibilities

• 精算オペレーションの企画・フロー構築
• 既存オペレーションの改善
• 精算システムへのオペレーション企画推進

Requirements

• 新規案件または業務改善プロジェクトの推進経験
• 英語または韓国語（ビジネスレベル）
• 新しい知識、技術を貪欲に吸収する意欲のある方
• 業界・組織の進化と変化に対応しながら新しい取り組みにチャレンジできる方
• 物事を自分ごととして捉え主体的に行動できる方

上記を満たした上で、以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方:

• 事業会社における管理会計または計上・請求のオペレーション運用構築経験

- 管理会計における計上処理の知見- 財務会計、連結決算などの概要知識

• システムへの要件整理またはシステム企画経験

歓迎条件:

• インターネット広告業界の管理部門（経理、事業部内業務支援など）での業務経験
• 組織マネジメント経験
