Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Lab work
  • Product development and improvement work for pearl pigments and functional pigments (including joint development with external partners (companies, universities, etc.))
  • Quality evaluation of the design and performance of pearl pigments and functional pigments
  • Lab mass production trials of developed/improved products, factory trials, mass production support work
  • Support for maintaining production quality of existing products and troubleshooting
•   Customer/Sales Support
  • Product introduction to customers
  • General technical services to customers
  • Solving and proposing technical problems related to our products for customers

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a material science related field, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, etc.
• Those with experience in new product development and improvement at a chemical-related company, and knowledge of applied technology and future technology trends in the same industry
  • At least 5 years of laboratory experience in the chemical industry
• Ability to communicate constructively and flexibly with both internal and external parties, including customers, and to respond flexibly to situations
• Those with excellent presentation skills
• Basic English reading and writing skills (TOEIC 600 points or above)
• Problem formation ~ solving ability

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or PhD is a plus but not required
