Responsibilities

• 保守、運用サービスの包括的な管理
• サービスレベルの管理
• お客様、ベンダー、サプライヤー間の契約の管理
• 提案、導入、更新
• 予算管理と収益性分析
• 人材の管理
• 保守／運用サービスの追加購入、新規案件の創出
• 上級レベルを含む利害関係者との関係構築と維持

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記3点すべて満たした方ご応募可能です。
  • Ciscoの製品に関する知見を持ちの営業経験者、もしくはエンジニア経験者
  • 何かしらのインフラにおける運用保守の工程の知見
  • 英語中級（日常会話）レベル以上（TOEIC目安750点以上）
• 英語で行う会議に参加したり、英語を用いて電話で会話したりできれば問題ないです。
