Responsibilities

• 今回のポジションは、SBU（Strategic Business Unit）とFU（Function Unit）からなる経営体制で運営している中でAPAC SBU（アジア・パシフィック領域）の専属担当として主に下記業務をご担当頂きます。
• APACの企業戦略・企画部門の責任者と連携し、以下のようなクロスボーダー及びクロスファンクショナルな取組みでサポート（中長期経営計画／M&A／組織再編／システム統合と実装／プロセスの標準化・最適化）
• 同社とAPAC SBUの橋渡し役となり、様々な機能チームと連絡を取り合い、相互理解と協力の促進を図り、さらにマネジメント間の戦略的議論と意思決定を促進
• プロジェクト・マネージャーとして担当プロジェクトをリードし、APAC地域および日本の関係者と積極的に連携し、ビジネス成果の確実な実現
• APACおよび同社の経営陣の意思決定をサポートするための市場、競合、技術調査の実施

Requirements

• 事業会社(上場企業)で経営企画部門でのご経験5年~10年の実務経験
• コーポレートファイナンスに関する基礎知識と理解
• プロジェクトデリバリーおよびマネジメントの経験
• 優れた論理的スキル、交渉スキル、コミュニケーションスキルを活かして業務に取組める方
• ネイティブまたはネイティブに近い日本語能力及びネイティブ、ネイティブに近い、または非常に高いレベルの英語力
