Responsibilities

■業務内容：【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】同社のグローバルな営業拠点において、CRMシステムを運用・開発するためのプロジェクトを進行しており、アシスタントプロジェクトマネージャーとして以下の業務を行って頂きます。

• プロジェクト会議のファシリテーション
• プロジェクトの進捗報告書類の作成
• 開発者および海外営業拠点のメンバーと連携し、プロセスの標準化、見積システムの要件定義などを決められた期限内で完遂することを支援
• 社内関係者と調整しながら、契約書締結・更新、予算管理
• 営業メンバーと連携し、CRMシステムの利活用を推進　※グローバルでのプロジェクトの為、日常的な英語でのコミュニケーションが発生

Requirements

■必須要件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安 TOEIC 700点以上）
• いずれか必須（3年以上）
  • 海外拠点との協業経験
  • コンサルティング会社で、プロジェクト管理オフィス（PMO）やシステム導入プロジェクト参加経験
  • 企画としての業務経験
