Responsibilities

業務内容：

• さまざまなサービスやアプリケーションに関する複雑な技術的問題の解決をコーディネートする。
• 顧客への影響、期間、解決のために取られた措置、起因を説明するインシデント・タイムラインおよびその他の文書の管理する
• インシデントの期間中、エンジニアリングおよびリーダーシップパートナーとのコミュニケーションを管理する
• プロセス改善プロジェクトを推進する
• 24時間365日のサポートを提供するため、オンコールローテーションに参加する（主に日本の日中時間帯）

Requirements

必須要件：

• コンピュータサイエンスの学士号、または3～5年の同等の実務経験
• 米国、ヨーロッパ、アジアへの柔軟な出張が可能な方
• 必要に応じて週末を含むオンコール対応が可能な方
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語・日本語力

歓迎要件：

• ITILv3 or v4 認定資格
• ITSMツール（ServiceNow、Jira等）の使用経験
• 監視ツールの使用経験（Splunk、DataDog、Grafana等）
• AWSクラウド技術を実務レベルで使用した経験
• AI技術についての基礎知識
