Responsibilities

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

• 顧客ビジネスの成功にテクノロジーが大きく貢献する領域にフォーカスし、対象顧客を金融機関に限定せずDX推進を支援しています。
• エンタープライズ向けの業務システムから個人ユーザー向けのシステムまで、多様なシステムの開発をお任せします。

Requirements

• 実務でのシステム開発経験1年以上（スクラッチ開発、保守・エンハンス開発、いずれも可）
• ITエンジニアとしてのスキル・商流を上げたい方
• 新しいフィールドで成長スピードを高めていきたい方。
• 上流から下流まで幅広く経験を積むことで、自身のキャリアを明確にしていきたい方。
• 設計して終わり、実装して終わり、ではなく、システムが顧客ビジネスに貢献していけるかを見届けたい方。
• 技術力を高め、適切に評価されたい方。
• 目的意識を持ってキャリアを再構築したい方。
• TOEIC: 900

• JavaもしくはPythonを用いての開発経験
