Responsibilities

Z（車両企画・開発責任者）、設計、調達、営業、生産技術、製造工場と協力しながら、原価企画、原価改善活動の方針を策定し、スペシャリストとして活動を推進していただきます。

• カンパニーの目指す収益レベルと整合した車両原価・収益目標を策定
• 原価・収益情報と課題を開示（見える化）しタイムリーに報告
• 原価低減活動・原価企画活動の事務局として関係者と目標達成へ向けた活動推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• チームワークで仕事ができるコミュニケーション能力や、新しいことへのチャレンジ精神
• ロジカルな思考や問題解決力などのビジネス基礎能力

歓迎条件：

• 製造会社での原価管理経験、経理の基礎的な知識がある方
• TOEIC600点以上の英語力
