Responsibilities

• ブランドのファイナンシャル・プランニング、予算策定、予測の支援
• ファイナンシャル・パフォーマンスのモニタリング、リスクとオポチュニティの特定
• CAPEX（設備投資）プランの策定、支出の管理、予算との差異についての分析
• 経営陣への月次報告および分析の提供
• 主要なステークホルダーや経理チームと協働しての月次決算のサポート
• プロセス改善の推進

Requirements

必須条件

• 多国籍企業でのFP&A／ファイナンス・ビジネス・パートナーとしての経験（5年以上）
• 会計知識（P／L、BS、キャッシュフロー） 
• P&L全般の管理経験 
• ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語（会話・読み書きとも）

歓迎条件：

• 会計または財務の学士号以上
• 小売業の経験
