Specifically, we engage in the development, manufacturing, and deployment of storage battery products, design and development of electric transport vessels, and establishment of EV charging stations. Responsibilities

• 主な業務は、蓄電池製品の仕様と図面管理の全体マネジメントとなります。
• 当社のR&D部門にて作成する製品仕様及び概要図に基づき、生産技術部門、製造工場と連携して、量産をQCDの観点で最適化する量産仕様の設計及び量産図面作成を行い、次世代の蓄電池製品の安定した量産計画に貢献いただきます。
• またISO9001に準拠した量産仕様管理プロセス及び量産仕様管理の組織設計そのものもリードして頂きます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 電気工学や電気設計に関する高い専門知識
• 高電圧および高電流の設計経験
• ISO9001品質管理体系の理解と実践経験
• CAD／CAMツール（例: AutoCAD、SolidWorks、CATIA）の使用経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC（R）860点以上）

歓迎条件：

• リチウムイオン電池やその他の蓄電池技術に関する幅広い知識
• 電気回路設計およびモデリングの経験
• 電気工学等の関連分野の学士号以上の学歴
• 産業用蓄電池設計経験者優遇
