Responsibilities

• 財務Manager（候補）として、以下の業務に関するマネジメントおよび実務対
  • 資金計画の策定・運用・予実管理・資金繰りを含む資金管理業務全般
  • 上記にかかるキャッシュ・フロー資料の作成・管理
  • 資金調達に伴う金融機関との折衝
  • 与信管理業務
  • 国内親会社における単体決算（月次、四半期、年度）業務
  • 経営層向け内部管理資料の作成
  • 税理士対応、会計監査対応
  • その他アドホックなプロジェクトのリード（部門内プロジェクト）もしくは主要なポジションでの関与（全社プロジェクト）
• 経験・スキルに応じて以下の業務
  • 財務戦略の立案
  • 子会社を含むグループ全体での資金管理業務
  • 外国為替業務等の管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記すべて必須
  • 上場企業もしくはIPO準備企業における経理財務部門での管理職経験をお持ちの方（3年以上）
  • 監査法人と重要論点交渉の経験者
  • Microsoft Officeの各種基本ツール（もしくは類似のツール）の基本操作
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（N1レベル以上）  

歓迎条件：

• 業務プロセス改善施策の立案・実行経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力大歓迎
• ビジネスレベルの中国語力歓迎
